Legal information
Privacy policy
This site collects nothing. Here is exactly what that means, and what happens anyway when you visit it.

01In one sentence
This site has no database, no user account and no form that sends anything to a server. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The only data that moves is what your browser transmits technically in order to display a page, and what you choose to write yourself in WhatsApp.
02Data controller
The data controller is the entity publishing this site, identified in the legal notice. You can reach it by email or through WhatsApp with any question about your data.
03The booking form sends nothing
This is the most important point, and the least intuitive. The booking form posts no data. Everything you tick and type, space, needs, date, slot, headcount, project description, stays in your browser.
The site uses it solely to COMPOSE a message, which you see in full on screen before anything is sent. When you press the button, your device opens WhatsApp with that message already written. You are the one who sends it, from your own account, and you can edit it or walk away at that point.
Until you send that message, the publisher knows none of your answers.
04What we receive when you write to us
If you do send the message, the publisher receives in its WhatsApp conversation the content you approved, together with the information WhatsApp associates with your account, typically your phone number and the profile name you set there.
That information is used only to answer your enquiry, agree terms and arrange your visit. It is not sold, shared or used for marketing without your agreement.
The same applies if you write by email.
05Cookies and trackers
The site sets no cookies and uses no local storage, no session storage, no tracking pixel and no analytics tool. You will therefore not meet a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
06Third parties your browser calls
Displaying a page means loading resources. Some come from third parties, which then receive your IP address and the usual technical information from your browser. The list is short and complete:
- The typefaces, served by Google Fonts and by Fontshare. They load on every visit.
- The site's host, which may keep technical connection logs.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you click a booking or contact button.
- The mapping service, only if you click the directions link.
- Instagram and TikTok, only if you click the footer links. No content from those networks is embedded in the pages.
07What those third parties do on their side
Each of these services applies its own policy, over which the publisher has no control. If this matters to you, their respective policies are authoritative.
08Retention
Since the site keeps nothing, the question only arises for our exchanges. WhatsApp conversations and emails relating to an enquiry are kept for as long as needed to handle it and manage the relationship that follows, then deleted at your request.
09Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection over data concerning you. As the site holds nothing, these rights apply to the content of our exchanges.
To exercise them, write to the contact address given in the legal notice. You will receive an answer within a reasonable time.
If that answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority in Benin.
10Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Holding no personal data, it exposes no database that could be compromised. WhatsApp exchanges benefit from the end-to-end encryption implemented by that service.
11Minors
The site is not intended to gather enquiries from minors without the agreement of their legal guardian.
12Changes
This policy may change, in particular if the site were to add an analytics tool or a form that genuinely transmits data. The date of last revision appears at the top of the page, and any change of that nature would be flagged.
